Cookies & analytics
A short, honest note about cookies.
This is a small studio site, not a data operation. Here's exactly what gets measured when you visit, and how to switch it off if you'd rather.
What I measure
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually find useful — how many visitors arrive, which case studies get read, and roughly where in the world people are. That's it. It helps me write better pages and make more of the work people come here for.
The cookies themselves
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a brand new one. It also collects an anonymised version of your IP address. No names, no email addresses, nothing that identifies you personally.
What I don't do
Nothing here is sold, shared for advertising, or used to follow you around other websites. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no third-party trackers beyond the analytics described above.
Forms
If you send an enquiry through the site, the name, email address and message you type are emailed to me and stored so I can reply. Nothing more. I keep it while we're in touch and delete it on request.
Opting out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site works perfectly well without them. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
